Refund policy

Return Period

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Non-Eligible Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened:

• Dietary supplements

• Any product with a broken seal

• Any item that has been used or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@aphroditeglow.store within 14 days of receiving your order, and include:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned product in its original condition.
Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, We will cover the return shipping costs, and we will either:

• Send a free replacement, or

• Issue a full refund
